Who can become a member?
Anyone passionate about overlanding in Africa! We offer memberships for individuals (travelers, enthusiasts, influencers) and corporates (tour operators, 4×4 fitment centers, lodges, gear suppliers, etc.).
What’s the difference between Individual and Corporate Memberships?
Individual Membership (R500/year) gives you access to our directory, exclusive content, event discounts, and resource library.
Corporate Membership (R5000/year) includes all the individual benefits PLUS marketing opportunities, directory promotion, co-branded content, and event sponsorship options.
How do I join the Association?
Click on the “Join Now” button in the top menu and follow the membership sign-up process for either Individual or Corporate options.
How do I renew my membership?
Log into your dashboard and navigate to Membership Status. You’re membership will auto-renew every year.
The directory is a searchable list of all registered members, categorised by country, business type, or overlanding service. This helps travelers connect with trusted individuals and companies
Can I edit my listing in the directory?
Yes, corporate members can edit their listings anytime via the My Directory Listing section in their member dashboard.
We organise community meetups, overlanding expos, training sessions, and regional roadshow events throughout Africa.
What’s included in the Event Kit?
The event kit includes downloadable banners, logos, social media graphics, press release templates, and planning guidelines for hosting or promoting an event.
