Dispute Resolution
We value transparency and fairness.
If a dispute arises between OAA and a member, we commit to resolving it through the following process:

Internal Mediation – All efforts will be made to resolve the matter internally via email or a scheduled meeting.

Independent Mediation – If unresolved, both parties agree to mediate through an independent third party, mutually selected and appointed.

Legal Action – Should mediation fail, parties may seek legal recourse under the applicable laws of South Africa.
All disputes will be handled with confidentiality, professionalism, and respect.
